If you are a Service provider, we may collect Personal Information, such as your date of birth and address, Aadhar number, PAN number (if applicable), together with other record checks provided by you or our Third-Party Agents, as applicable and to the extent permitted by law in your jurisdiction. This also includes all information needed to validate your identity.Billing Data:To help Service providers set up a payment account and help users make payments to Service providers and pay fees to Serviceday, we may collect financial information, including bank account numbers, tax information, and other payment details. This is used to operate the Serviceday Platform and to ensure that Service providers are paid by Clients. This processing is necessary for our legitimate interests in providing the platform and fulfilling our arrangement with Users.Promotional Information:Certain offerings of the Serviceday Platform, such as newsletters, surveys, and contests are optional. If you choose to participate, we will use your data to send tailored newsletters, or to manage the survey, contest, or similar offerings. This is part of our legitimate interest in promoting our business and platform. We also send push notifications to update you about service requests. Disclosure of Information with Affiliated companies and/or third party relating to payment

Information of a Closed and/or Deleted Account

Closing or deleting an account from our platforms is your choice. However, if we feel it is affecting social security or the law demands retention, we may retain the data to comply with the law, prevent fraud, collect any fees owed, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with investigations of any User, enforce our Terms and Conditions, and take any other actions otherwise permitted by law that we deem necessary in our sole and absolute discretion.
